Description
The Service Technician independently performs in-field diagnostics and repairs on John Deere equipment and technology using a mobile service vehicle. The role includes maintaining parts inventory, documenting work orders, communicating solutions to customers, mentoring technicians, and maintaining vehicles and tools. Candidates need at least five years of service-repair experience, knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems, a high school diploma or GED, and a valid driver’s license; a CDL, associates degree, and experience with Service ADVISOR are preferred.
