Wilson Construction Co. is hiring a full-time Field Mechanic in Ely, Nevada to repair utility equipment and trucks across various job sites. The role requires at least five years of heavy-mechanic experience, the ability to diagnose and repair hydraulic, diesel, gas, electrical, and brake systems, basic fabrication skills, willingness to travel and work overtime and weekends, and the ability to perform physically demanding work. Compensation is $38–$42 per hour plus overtime, with employer-paid medical, dental, vision, 401(k), personal time off, and holiday pay.
