Paradigm is hiring a Field Nurse Case Manager to provide field and home-based medical case management for work-related injuries in Orlando and surrounding communities. The role involves traveling to healthcare and other relevant locations, assessing and coordinating care, monitoring injured workers, communicating with insurers and stakeholders, and managing potentially catastrophic cases. It starts at 30 hours per week with potential expansion to 40 hours and requires an active Florida RN license, case management experience preferred, relevant certification within two years, strong organizational, technology, communication, autonomy, patient education, and driving skills.
