Field Officer at Street Child

Street Child is seeking Field Officers to implement educational programs focused on literacy and numeracy in primary schools across various regions. The role involves observing teaching sessions, ensuring proper grouping of students by learning levels, identifying and providing feedback to teachers, conducting lesson demonstrations, assisting with classroom management, and collaborating with project leaders to monitor progress and submit weekly reports. Field Officers will also support educators in overcoming technical challenges and mobilizing communities to address absenteeism issues.
