Description
Wave is hiring a Field Officer to manage the rollout of its business in Niger, based in Niamey and working across upcountry territories. The role oversees agent quality, compliance, training, liquidity, risk, underperforming agents, customer service, and coordination with distribution and marketing teams. Candidates need fluent English and French, ideally an additional local language, at least two years of relevant experience including managing an agent network in Niger and one year managing field-based teams, and work authorization in Niger. The position is a six-month fixed-term field role.
