Picogrid is looking for a Field Operations Engineer to join their engineering team. This role involves defining the engineering culture and product roadmap, focusing on PCBAs and electrical systems for defense technology hardware platforms like Lander and Helios. The engineer will manage fleet maintenance processes, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with various engineers. Responsibilities include configuring network equipment, writing Python/bash scripts, preparing design documentation, contributing to technical reports, supporting prototype development, improving manufacturing efficiency, and ensuring workplace safety.
