Description
The Field Operations Manager reports to the Location Manager and oversees field activities for soybean and wheat seed production, including grower recruiting, contracting, training, field production, safety compliance, employee hiring and supervision, quality management, bulk-seed delivery coordination, on-farm storage monitoring, and scouting. The role requires computer skills, seed-production knowledge or at least four years of related experience, strong communication and organizational skills, and an agricultural background is beneficial.
