Description
Hewlett Packard Enterprise is hiring a Field Operations Manager to lead sales operations systems and processes, including pricing, order management, invoicing, opportunity assessment, field inventory management, pipeline analytics, forecasting, revenue reporting, and sales productivity. The role manages multiple subordinate managers and individual contributors, oversees initiatives, budgets, schedules, and costs, supports strategic decision-making, manages internal and external partner relationships, and provides people-care and development for direct reports. It is a hybrid role requiring an average of two days per week in an HPE office, with a first-level university degree or equivalent experience required and an advanced degree preferred.
