Full Care is hiring a Field Operations Manager to oversee landscape maintenance and installation projects, manage landscape maintenance teams, coordinate scheduling, monitor quality and project progress, maintain supplies and equipment, conduct site inspections, communicate with clients, train staff, and implement quality control. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, leadership and communication skills, landscape maintenance and safety knowledge, and at least three years of landscape management or related experience, including two years in a supervisory role.
