Description
The Field Operations Manager oversees landscape maintenance and installation projects, manages landscape maintenance teams, develops maintenance plans, coordinates scheduling, monitors quality and project progress, maintains supplies and equipment, conducts site inspections, supports client relationships, trains staff, and implements quality control. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, leadership and communication skills, landscape maintenance and safety knowledge, and at least three years of landscape management or related experience, including two years in a supervisory role. The salary range is $60,000–$85,000 per year.
