Dynamic EcoHome is hiring a Field Operations Manager, Mechanical Engineering to lead and improve Houston field operations for installation and construction activities. The role is full-time, field-based with office responsibilities, and pays $150,000–$175,000. The manager will oversee safety, quality, cost, schedule, productivity, workforce planning, job-site sequencing, performance reporting, coaching, and continuous improvement while coordinating with project management, engineering, warehouse, customer service, and senior leadership. A bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related discipline and zero to five years of professional experience are required; candidates with one to three years of construction, installation, manufacturing, field services, equipment, or project operations experience are preferred.
