Titan Security is hiring a Field Operations Manager to support selected client accounts and oversee the quality assurance and compliance functions of assigned team members. The role reports to a Director of Operations, includes coaching staff, handling escalated security issues, preparing incident and personnel reports, and supporting hiring and onboarding activities. It is a third-shift overnight position requiring availability for the second shift and holdover, with a stated pay of $25.00 per hour and medical and dental insurance.
