Description
The Field Operations Section (FOS) under the Directorate of the Capacity Development and Implementation Bureau (CDI) is responsible for developing, implementing, monitoring, evaluating, and closing Technical Assistance (TA) and Technical Cooperation (TC) projects. This includes drafting agreements, creating country-specific and regional projects, identifying priority areas, developing objectives, activities, and deliverables, setting timelines, and specifying budgetary requirements. The section also recruits international experts for capacity development and implementation projects in various civil aviation fields.
