AirGarage is hiring a full-time Field Operations Specialist to work on-site in Seattle and Bellevue markets, patrolling parking lots and garages, verifying payments through the Space Force app, issuing citations, assisting customers, and supporting light cleanup, vendor coordination, signage, and traffic guidance. The role requires a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, a modern smartphone with a data plan, and the ability to work outdoors for several hours; prior customer service, security, or parking operations experience is a plus but not required. Compensation is a competitive flat hourly rate of $22, with medical, dental, and vision insurance, retirement benefits, and mileage reimbursement.
