Description
The Field Operation Supervisor oversees and optimizes daily operational activities across Comcast Field operations in Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and Maine. The role manages and leads field teams, coordinates workflows, monitors performance and safety metrics, prepares operational reports, handles scheduling and inventory, and collaborates with other departments to improve productivity and customer satisfaction. Candidates need at least one year of experience as a Comcast Field Technician, leadership ability, strong communication skills, and flexibility for local travel; prior leadership experience, operational software familiarity, and cross-functional team management are preferred.
