Dominion Diagnostics is hiring a full-time Field Operations Supervisor in Northern Utah to manage Field Laboratory Representatives, including recruiting, hiring, training, scheduling, performance management, oversight, and client-site visits. The role requires phlebotomy experience, strong communication and customer-service skills, computer proficiency, regional travel, and the ability to work independently and solve problems. The position is on-site Monday through Friday, with varying territory needs, weekend on-call rotation, and availability between 7:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m.
