Field Operations Supervisor needed for a mixed production facility with a strong livestock focus in the General Alvear area. The role involves leading the work team, overseeing daily field operations, managing the full production cycle herd, maintaining equipment and facilities, keeping production records, resolving operational issues, and participating directly in field tasks. Candidates should have livestock-handling experience, team leadership experience, knowledge of bovine health, and be willing to live on the farm; having a vehicle is preferred.
