Halter is hiring a Hardware Operations Lead to establish and own the infrastructure deployment, maintenance, servicing, and fleet operations for its cattle-collaring hardware across Australia. The role is hands-on and operational, involving troubleshooting and repairing towers and collars, supporting farm deployments, drone mapping, coverage modelling, on-call support, and building systems and workflows for a growing team. It requires heavy travel across active Australian states, strong organisational and communication skills, and practical experience building operational systems; agricultural experience is preferred.
