The Field Operations Team Lead (Construction Technology) will lead field technicians and support data collection projects across active construction sites in Abilene, Texas. The role combines hands-on fieldwork with team coordination, including scheduling, onboarding, equipment and inventory management, project monitoring, safety compliance, quality assurance, and stakeholder communication. It is a full-time, one-year contract at $40.00 per hour and requires prior experience leading field teams, construction crews, or technical operations.
