Baker Hughes is hiring a Wireline Field Operator to perform well-site and shop duties for wireline services, including tool maintenance, equipment rigging, cable-head servicing, perforating, recordkeeping, customer relations, vehicle operation, quality improvement, and training junior operators. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, mechanical aptitude, manual-vehicle driving ability, a Class A or B CDL with Hazmat endorsement or the ability to obtain one within six months, on-call availability, travel flexibility, and the ability to pass a federal background check. Preferred qualifications include a CDL with Hazmat endorsement at hire and oil and gas mechanical experience.
