Description
The Plant Operations role monitors local operating parameters and equipment, performs routine inspections and start-up, shutdown, and changeover activities, records operational data, and assists with process monitoring and troubleshooting. The role also supports maintenance, performs basic cleaning, lubrication, and minor repairs, collects water samples, monitors RO membranes and water-quality parameters, and ensures the plant meets production and quality targets. It requires a diploma or technical certificate in a relevant engineering discipline and typically 3–4 years of experience in RO desalination, water or wastewater treatment, or process industries.
