Traba is hiring a Field Operator to serve as an in-market operational representative responsible for recruiting, vetting, onboarding, scheduling, and supporting workers across multiple customer sites. The role manages worker relationships and funnel activity, builds partnerships with workforce centers and community organizations, coordinates new-hire interviews and starts, distributes PPE, and provides on-site support during escalations or peak coverage. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, while an associate's or bachelor's degree is preferred; bilingual English and Spanish ability is a plus. The position offers competitive hourly base pay plus performance-based incentives.
