Traba is hiring a Field Operator to serve as an in-market operational representative responsible for recruiting, vetting, onboarding, scheduling, and placing workers. The role manages worker relationships and community and partner pipelines, runs group onboarding sessions, coordinates new-hire starts, distributes PPE, and provides on-site support at customer facilities. It requires a high school diploma or equivalent, bilingual English and Spanish communication, 1–2+ years of relevant operations or customer-facing experience, strong recruiting and interpersonal skills, and flexibility to work across changing market needs.
