Traba is hiring a Field Operator to serve as an in-market operational representative responsible for recruiting, vetting, onboarding, scheduling, and placing workers. The role manages worker relationships and community and partner pipelines, supports large group onboarding and PPE distribution, coordinates new-hire schedules across customer sites, and provides on-site support when needed. It requires a high school diploma or equivalent, bilingual English and Spanish communication, 1–2+ years of relevant operations or customer-facing experience, strong recruiting and interpersonal skills, and flexibility to work across changing market needs.
