Description
The Field Operator will monitor and operate automated food-production plants from the control room, including evaporators, drying towers, and production lines. The role involves adjusting process parameters, resolving disruptions, performing first-line maintenance, conducting food-safety quality checks, and contributing to safety, quality, and yield improvements. The position requires experience with automated production processes, an eye for quality, safety, and hygiene, and willingness to work a five-shift schedule. It is based in Etten-Leur and offers a monthly salary of €3,500 to €4,500, shift allowance, vacation days, a year-end bonus, training, and career advancement opportunities.
