Traba is hiring a Field Operator to serve as an in-market operational representative responsible for recruiting, vetting, onboarding, scheduling, and placing workers. The role manages worker relationships and community and partner pipelines, supports large group onboarding and PPE distribution, coordinates new-hire starts across customer sites, and reports market trends to headquarters. It requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 1–2+ years of relevant operations or customer-facing experience, strong recruiting and communication skills, bilingual English and Spanish ability, and flexibility to work across different locations and customer sites.
