Description
Lam is hiring a Field Process Engineer to support customers with equipment installations, training, startup, troubleshooting, and design improvements. The role involves understanding customer technology roadmaps, coordinating product demonstrations, performing capacity-add system startups, conducting DOE evaluations and experiments, analyzing data, developing processes, maintaining equipment, and representing the company professionally. A bachelor’s degree in a relevant science or engineering field is required; prior work experience is not required, and the role is graduate eligible. The position may require short-term overseas assignments and can be performed in an on-site flex or virtual flex hybrid model.
