Description
Lam is hiring a Field Process Engineer to provide process support, installations, evaluations, and documentation for hardware modifications and upgrades at customer sites. The role includes designing experiments, analyzing data, developing process recipes, performing root-cause analysis, coordinating with customers and cross-functional teams, providing technical leadership, and recommending design and process improvements. Candidates need a PhD in a relevant field, or a master’s degree with at least three years of relevant experience, or a bachelor’s degree with at least six years of experience, along with data-analysis, communication, customer-relationship, and cleanroom capabilities. The role may follow an on-site flex or virtual flex work model.
