Lam is hiring a Field Process Engineer to support customers with equipment installations, training, startup, troubleshooting, and design improvements. The role involves understanding customer technology roadmaps, coordinating product demonstrations, performing capacity-add system startups, conducting DOE and process-evaluation experiments, analyzing data, developing new processes, maintaining equipment, and representing the company professionally. Candidates need a PhD in a relevant field, or a master’s degree with at least three years of relevant experience, or a bachelor’s degree with at least five years of experience. The role may require short-term overseas assignments and can be performed in an on-site flex or virtual flex hybrid model.
