Description
Lam is hiring a Field Process Engineer to provide process support, installation, troubleshooting, and productivity improvements for customer sites; support Beta sites, evaluations, and first-in-fab installations; design experiments and analyze data; develop process recipes and hardware requirements; perform root-cause analysis; coordinate statistical analysis and continuous improvement; and provide technical leadership to field service teams and customers. The role requires a PhD in a relevant field, or a master's degree with at least three years of relevant experience, or a bachelor's degree with at least six years of experience, along with data-analysis, communication, customer-relationship, and cleanroom capabilities. The role may be performed in an on-site flex or virtual flex hybrid arrangement.
