Description
Lam is hiring a Field Process Engineer to provide process support, installations, troubleshooting, and documentation for hardware modifications and upgrades at customer sites. The role includes field support for beta sites and first-in-fab installations, experimental design and data analysis, root-cause analysis, process development, customer technical leadership, and continuous improvement. Candidates need a relevant PhD, a master’s degree with at least three years of relevant experience, or a bachelor’s degree with at least six years of experience, along with cleanroom and customer-relationship capabilities; 3–7 years of etch experience is preferred. The role may be performed under an on-site flex or virtual flex hybrid model.
