Description
Lam is hiring a Field Process Engineer to provide process support, installation, troubleshooting, and productivity improvements for customer sites. The role includes field evaluations, experimental design, data analysis, root-cause analysis, process development, customer collaboration, technical leadership, and continuous improvement. Candidates need a PhD in a relevant field, or a master’s degree with at least three years of relevant experience, or a bachelor’s degree with at least six years of experience, along with data-analysis, communication, customer-relationship, and cleanroom capabilities. The role may be performed under an on-site flex or virtual flex hybrid model.
