Description
Lam is hiring a Field Process Engineer to provide process support, installation, troubleshooting, documentation, and customer-facing technical leadership for semiconductor equipment at customer sites. The role includes designing and analyzing experiments, developing process recipes, performing root-cause analysis, coordinating statistical analysis and continuous improvement, recommending design changes, and supporting Field Service Engineers and customers. Candidates need a PhD in a relevant field, or a master’s degree with at least three years of relevant experience, or a bachelor’s degree with at least six years of experience, along with cleanroom and communication skills. The role may be performed under an on-site Flex or Virtual Flex hybrid model.
