Description
Lam Research is hiring a Field Process Engineer to provide customer-focused process support, installation, troubleshooting, evaluation, documentation, and process optimization for semiconductor etch and deposition equipment. The role includes designing experiments, analyzing data, developing process recipes, supporting first-in-fab installations, collaborating with customers and cross-functional teams, and providing technical leadership to field service personnel. Candidates need a PhD in a relevant field, or a master’s degree with at least three years of relevant experience, or a bachelor’s degree with at least six years of experience, along with cleanroom and communication skills. The role may follow an on-site flex or virtual flex work model.
