Description
Lam is hiring a Field Process Engineer to support customers with equipment installations, process support, hardware modifications, and productivity improvements. The role includes Design of Experiments, data analysis, process development, project management, customer collaboration, technical presentations, and mentoring junior engineers. Candidates need a PhD in a relevant field, or a master’s degree with at least three years of relevant experience, or a bachelor’s degree with at least five years of experience, along with cleanroom and customer-facing capabilities. The role may be performed under an on-site Flex or Virtual Flex hybrid model.
