Description
Lam is hiring a Field Process Engineer to support customers with equipment installations, process improvements, hardware modifications, and lifecycle solutions. The role includes designing and conducting experiments, analyzing data, developing new application processes, managing project plans, collaborating with customers and cross-functional teams, presenting technical materials, and mentoring junior engineers. Candidates need a relevant PhD, a master’s degree with at least three years of experience, or a bachelor’s degree with at least five years of experience, along with data-analysis, communication, customer-relationship, and cleanroom capabilities. The role may follow an on-site flex or virtual flex work model.
