Description
Lam is hiring a Field Process Engineer to support customers with equipment installations, process support, evaluations, training, and hardware modifications. The role involves designing and conducting experiments, analyzing data, developing process recipes, performing root-cause analysis, coordinating statistical analysis and continuous improvement, and providing technical leadership to field service teams and customers. Candidates need a PhD in a relevant field, or a master’s degree with at least three years of relevant experience, or a bachelor’s degree with at least six years of experience, along with cleanroom and communication skills. The role may be performed under an on-site flex or virtual flex hybrid model.
