The role focuses on process and tool performance, troubleshooting, data analysis, experiments, containment and corrective actions, customer escalations, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration. Candidates need at least six years of semiconductor equipment experience, strong technical and communication skills, familiarity with semiconductor manufacturing and data-analysis tools, and the ability to travel internationally and work extended hours when needed.
