ARCO is hiring a Field Coordinator to support field operations and project teams onsite in Sullivan, Indiana. The role coordinates with superintendents and onsite personnel, manages trades onboarding, site vendors, deliveries, signage, inventory, documentation, drawings, meetings, subcontractor compliance, insurance, and Procore document control. The position requires strong organization, communication, follow-up, and the ability to work onsite and travel nationwide as needed; construction coordination experience and Procore or Viewpoint familiarity are preferred.
