Description
The Field Project Coordinator will support IOM Lao PDR in implementing capacity-building, trafficking-in-persons prevention, community mobilization, and protection activities across provinces, particularly Oudomxay. The role coordinates with provincial and district authorities, civil society organizations, community groups, and project beneficiaries; prepares reports, documents, training materials, and monitoring data; maintains partnerships and beneficiary records; and conducts field travel. It requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, secondary education, at least five years of relevant professional experience, fluency in Lao and English, and experience in community-based project work, protection, or related fields.
