Badger is hiring a Field Project Supervisor to oversee construction projects across the North Atlantic Region. The role is responsible for delivering projects on schedule, within budget and scope, and according to quality, safety, environmental, and customer requirements. Duties include coordinating stakeholders, schedules, materials, equipment, risk mitigation, reporting, fleet operations, site logs, estimating, and maintaining an on-site client contact role. The position requires a construction management background or equivalent experience, project management or superintendent experience, leadership, MS Office and Smartsheet or equivalent proficiency, customer relationship skills, strong communication and analytical abilities, and frequent travel.
