Description
Entry-level, part-time Field Property Technician role serving the Eagle Mountain, Utah area. The technician visits single-family rental homes to photograph and document property conditions for property managers, provide courteous on-site service, maintain confidentiality, and perform light maintenance such as replacing smoke alarm batteries and air filters and fixing door stops. The position provides hands-on training, allows scheduling 30–60 days in advance, and requires a high school diploma or GED, valid driver's license, current auto insurance, an insured personal vehicle capable of carrying a 4-foot ladder, basic tool and ladder use, reliable communication, and willingness to drive up to 30 miles from the employee's ZIP code.
