Applied Materials is hiring a full-time Field Quality Engineer in Icheon-Godam and Icheon-Gwango, South Korea. The role improves service quality, customer satisfaction, and equipment reliability across the installed base by analyzing field data, leading root-cause investigations, coaching field teams, partnering with cross-functional organizations, developing quality metrics and knowledge assets, and supporting reliability and ramp-readiness initiatives. The position requires up to 50% domestic and international travel and seeks candidates with a relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and at least five years of quality or field service engineering experience.
