Applied Materials is hiring a full-time Field Quality Engineer in Singapore to improve service quality, customer satisfaction, and equipment reliability across its installed base. The role analyzes field data and recurring issues, leads root-cause investigations and corrective actions, partners with cross-functional teams, develops quality metrics and knowledge assets, supports escalations, and drives continuous improvement and reliability initiatives. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in engineering, quality, manufacturing, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience, plus at least five years of relevant quality or field service engineering experience. The position requires travel 50% of the time and is not eligible for relocation.
