Description
The role owns the quality relationship for STMicroelectronics’ China key customers, representing the company on quality topics, leading customer complaints and root-cause investigations, managing quality requests and alerts, coordinating recalls and quarantined materials, and overseeing customer visits or audits. It requires a bachelor’s degree in science or engineering, 5–10 years of semiconductor industry experience, knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing and quality methods, and strong English and Mandarin communication skills.
