The Grocery Outlet Recruiting & Training team is hiring an experienced full-cycle Recruiter to source, assess, engage, and close Aspiring Operator Trainee candidates for grocery store ownership. The role manages candidate pipelines in Salesforce, conducts interviews and evaluations, supports business-ownership and relocation discussions, represents the company at industry events, and collaborates with leadership and cross-functional teams to meet placement targets. It reports to the Manager - Field Recruiting and offers a base salary of $95,000–$110,000 annually, plus bonus, equity, profit sharing, and medical, dental, and vision benefits.
