Description
Harrow is hiring a remote Field Reimbursement Manager covering California, Oregon, Washington, and Idaho. The role serves as an in-market, non-promotional reimbursement expert for physician practices using Harrow’s buy-and-bill ophthalmic drugs, providing education and support on payer coverage, HCPCS/CPT/J-code and ICD-10 coding, billing, prior authorizations, appeals, claims submission, patient assistance programs, and access barriers. The manager analyzes claims and denial trends, conducts account business reviews, maintains payer-policy expertise, collaborates with Sales, HUB, Patient Services, and Market Access leadership, and documents activity in CRM systems. The position requires 7+ years of healthcare, reimbursement, brand management, and/or sales experience, at least 2 years of field reimbursement experience, and buy-and-bill experience; travel is up to 80%.
