Description
Amgen is seeking a Field Reimbursement Manager (FRM) to manage defined accounts within a specified geographic region for Patient Access and Reimbursement. The role involves ensuring an understanding of the reimbursement process, field reimbursement services, and patient support programs, working on patient-level reimbursement issue resolution, and requiring knowledge and experience with patient health information (PHI). The FRM will act as an extension of the HUB, offering one-on-one coverage support, assisting physicians from order to reimbursement, reviewing patient-specific information, educating healthcare providers on coverage changes, coordinating access/reimbursement issues, and serving as a payer expert.
