Harrow is seeking a remote Field Reimbursement Manager to serve as an in-market reimbursement expert for physician practices using its buy-and-bill ophthalmic drug portfolio across the Retina and Surgical franchises. The role covers New Mexico, Colorado, Wyoming, Nebraska, South Dakota, and North Dakota, with up to 80% travel, and focuses on non-promotional education regarding payer coverage, coding, billing, prior authorizations, claims, appeals, and patient support programs. The manager will analyze account-level claims and denial trends, conduct business reviews, resolve access barriers, collaborate with Sales, HUB, Patient Services, and Market Access leadership, and maintain compliant CRM reporting.
