Description

CLEAResult is seeking a Field Representative to act as the main liaison between retail partners, distributors, and HVAC contractors. This role involves promoting energy-efficient solutions through a rebate program, conducting in-store merchandising checks, hosting educational events, and building strong client relationships. The position is primarily field-based, requiring frequent travel within the Allentown area, with occasional trips to Bridgeville, PA.

Preferred Qualifications: Ability to represent CLEAResult and program partners at various locations.
Experience conducting in-store merchandising checks and verifying rebate program materials.
Ability to host table events and educate store associates and customers on energy-efficient products.
Strong organizational skills to follow a weekly schedule of assigned site visits and optimize daily routing.
Capacity to train partners on product specifications and program requirements.
Attention to detail in accurately documenting interactions, site visits, and program compliance activities.
Skill in building strong relationships to enhance program engagement and participation.
Ability to identify new account opportunities and support account growth.
Regular travel throughout the Allentown region.
